Frequency of Urination during pregnancy

The urge to urinate with increased frequency is commonly met at the beginning and end of pregnancy. The condition may be particularly annoying at night, interrupting sleep. The best way to handle the situation is to omit all fluids after six in the evening; then you will void most of the urine before bedtime. If omitting fluids after six does not give you a sufficiently undisturbed night, ask your doctor about a sedative.
